HURRICANE UPDATE 

We are happy to announce that power has been restored to Scottish Towers!  We are completing diagnostic runs on the elevators. Please allow us a few hours to ensure that all systems come up properly before returning home.

For those most impacted by Helene we are coordinating with contractors to finalize the restoration work.  Thank you for your patience throughout this unanticipated setup we called Hurricane Milton!  We are grateful there were no significant worsening of conditions after Milton.  As you know, occupancy is not permitted until restoration work is finalized and the apartment is deemed safe to return to.  Please bear with us as work resumes. We will get you back in your homes as soon as possible.
